11. Project listings, updates and donations
11.1 A paid review, not a purchase of placement Submitting a project listing or an update to one buys a manual review by PulseCoinList. It does not buy approval, ranking, prominence, uptime or continued listing. We may decline any submission, and remove or change any listing, at any time and for any reason.
11.2 Payments are on-chain and final Fees and donations are sent by you, from your wallet, to a wallet we publish, on PulseChain. We cannot reverse a transaction and we do not issue refunds — including when a submission is rejected, when a listing is later removed, or when this service changes or ends. Amounts sent above the quoted fee are treated as donations. A payment that arrives after its quote has expired is still credited automatically for up to 48 hours; after that the transfer still reaches the wallet on-chain but is no longer credited automatically.
11.3 Malicious or misleading submissions Submissions we judge to be malicious, deceptive, impersonating, or otherwise in breach of these terms are rejected without refund, and the submitting wallet may be barred from further submissions.
11.4 We may change or end this service Pricing, accepted assets, review times, listing fields, the directory and this service may change or be discontinued at any time, without notice and without liability to anyone.
11.5 No financial advice A listing, a rating, a price or any other data on PulseCoinList is information, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Do your own research.
11.6 The risks of crypto Digital assets are volatile and can lose all of their value. Transactions are irreversible.
